Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the AutoDims AI coding assistant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. 3. Description of Service AutoDims provides an AI-powered coding assistant designed to help users write and manage scripts within Roblox Studio. The Service operates via a plugin and/or web interface that communicates with an AI backend. 4. User Accounts Access to the Service is linked to your Roblox account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: - Generate code or content that violates Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service - Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content - Harass, harm, or deceive other users - Violate any applicable law or regulation 6. AI-Generated Content The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate code and suggestions. You acknowledge that: AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before use AutoDims does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated code You are solely responsible for how you use any code generated by the Service 7. Intellectual Property AutoDims retains ownership of the Service, including its design, software, and underlying systems. Code generated through your use of the Service may be used by you freely, subject to any applicable third-party AI provider terms. 8. Third-Party Services The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Roblox and AI providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies, which AutoDims does not control. 9. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AutoDims does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDims Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. 11. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other operational reason. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. 13.
